It's clear you don't understand what's happened here. The investors benefit from this. A year ago when xAi raised their
Series B ($6B) xAi was valued at $24B. Then the series C raised another $6B.
This transaction values xAi at $80B.
The investors are the major players - Andreessen Horwoitz, BlackRock, Fidelity, Sequoia etc. They've killed it with this deal.
You think somehow they're unhappy? Why? You're throwing shade when you should be throwing praise.
