I've thought over the last 3 years that Trey Stewart should go play football, but to his credit, he has apparently been a good teammate and just grinded hard in practice despite minimal playing time. After 4 years, he earned key minutes through his dedication to being a good defender.

I'm not saying that Catchings is a bad teammate, but just from demeanor, he seems to be more disengaged as his minutes reduced.
