Get everything approved. It was not difficult. We have an inspection once a year.
The renter is fantastic. She takes care of the lawn better than the prior renter (who was not section 8) and the rent always gets paid on time.
The city pays the majority of the rent, the tenant pays a small portion.
We want to keep this renter as long as possible.
FYI- the home is not in UT, but I think it's the same across the board since it is a government program.
