Priority 1 should be eliminating upselling on secondary market. If you want to

resell your tickets it can only be done through BYU. It isn’t hard with modern tech, the Premier League is really great at it and that is the main reason they have the most passionate atmosphere. Those who buy season tickets aren’t looking to make a buck. They want to be at the games and only rarely sell their tickets (and only allowed to do so for face value).
