incident that happened at Duke. Sometimes it may be overkill, but for the most part, just a good idea safety-wise, especially at some institutions where a lot is going on all at the same time. It helps get everyone in the room on the same page, also. And, you can't always rely on ALL doctors to be as careful as they should be.
