USU is #265, Utah is #223. Weber St is #195.

Southern Utah is the 'best' Utah team versus expectations (#151) just by virtue of no expectations. They made it in once and lost, as was nearly guaranteed.

Similarly, if you look by conference, the Mountain West is FAR and away the worst versus expectations with the Big 12 the second worst conference (again, versus expectations).

Is it possible that major(ish) schools/conferences in "flyover country" are being systematically overrated?
