the 1065 and related K-1s are available if the CPA can prepare the returns. We get many done in July and August as well.

I will say it is a bummer yours aren’t coming out until September. I would imagine your PY audit should be done by March, so crazy that they are waiting until the last minute (extension deadline is September 15th for business flow-throughs) to get it done.
