Listen guys I am one of Jake’s defenders on this board, but he played like crap in the bowl game. It’s ok to call it the way it is. On three separate occasions he threw the ball to the other team, and none of them were plays where the defender had to do anything special to make a play on the ball.
This doesn’t make him a bad QB, and he’s shown he can do better. Which is important because if he doesn’t get back to doing better, ARod will bench him next year. Our offense simply isn’t built to win games when we gift possessions to the other team.
