Bluedarts All-American

has been pretty good with just a few annoyances of apps sometimes not installing, but mostly good and nice peace of mind. The phones aren't great, but good enough for pictures and limited gaming that you can completely control.

You can disable gif's and any app, but I can't think of a way to prevent someone from sending a photo to your kid
