The risk of your fatty liver causing issues at your age is pretty minimal
(Maybe 1-3%), But it is a reflection of your likely poor metabolic health which is what puts you at risk in almost every chronic disease process, specifically cardiac and vascular disease.

So it should require a deep dive by your doc on that and evaluation of metabolic syndrome at large.

In general once you have fatty liver, it’s recommended you lose 10% of your body weight which can be curative of that. Adding exercise is helpful but it’s calories restriction/deficit time until you hit your goal.
