My guess: he goes to Oregon with the thought that he could always transfer
to BYU in the future if he doesn't like it at Oregon. That prediction is based on what I think many people might do, not what I think this kid or his family will do (since I don't know them at all).
But hopefully he'll just decide he wants to be a Cougar from the rip.
