easily go in the 2nd round. Saunders may get drafted in the 2nd round, but just as easily may have to work his way through undrafted/G-league ranks. That doesn't scream domination to me, especially when lottery guys get drafted often times based more on potential than production.
And again, that doesn't get into the coaching staff and players are still trying to gel with each other while the coaches adjust to what works vs. doesn't in college. BYU has lost to teams with veteran coaching staffs. Pope already had 4 years as the HC in UVU, and he still led BYU to a couple of bad years in the WCC.
