Not only do the players have to build chemistry in KY's offensive and defensive schemes, the coaches have to figure out what works in college basketball.

And as great of a job as KY has done recruiting, the majority of the players are still ones Pope recruited.

While I am slightly disappointed, making the NIT this year is not the end of the world. And I'm still very excited to see where Kevin Young takes this program in the next 2-3 years.
