and they're like new. Sound quality is excellent. Very comfortable. Noise canceling works great.

Only two downsides. Microphone quality isn't the best. Passable, but not great. I use a standalone microphone for work.

Other downside is that it doesn't pair with multiple devices. So switching between my computer and phone requires me powering off and turning back on to connect another device. This is a feature of the XM4 and XM5.
