Someone eyeballed you, but it is true. I grew up in Utah and have been bombarded
with the same 2 natural occurrences nearly every year – the drought (or spring flooding if there is snow) and inversion / air quality.
In the 80s and early 90s there was also the doomsday threat of the upcoming quake. For some reason the earthquake warning has been on hold until after 2026 when the Salt Lake City Temple is quake-proof.
