Also, water use by the public is like 10-15% or some ridiculously small number...yet it's reported like each resident
Is the responsible for droughts.

Also laughable is when the public is given summer watering restrictions, but the public library or city hall or [enter any other public property] sprinkler system is going full blast at noon. Looney toons.

I'm really no expert on water needs for farming in the west, but it uses like 80% of the water. That's good..I mean, we need to grow food. But, I'm sure there's more to be done with water conservation in farming...and maybe reevaluate which crops work best out west.
