Penn State has a self-sustaining athletic dept. Money is coming from the dept,
independent donors, and bonds issued by the dept. No public funds.
Economic impact for the stadium and events there are massive. Repairs needed exceeded the cost of the remodel. Renovations will allow more events to be held in the stadium.

Not nearly enough to recoup the $700M price tag for 6 whole games/year. I'd rather see that kind of $$$ go toward
