Expensive, but it's the section of LES that will bring in the most additional $$
And if random Cougarboarders purporting to be civil engineers are to be believed, the soil under the East side wouldn't support a huge structure for new luxury boxes, so that's not an option.

Not nearly enough to recoup the $700M price tag for 6 whole games/year. I'd rather see that kind of $$$ go toward
