To say the roses are for them and not the Rose Bowl is after the fact back pedaling deflection.
Never heard any link of roses to them before. They both would be out of eligibility now so I hope the Utes can finally move on.

I still don’t understand the big deal about the Rose Bowl. It’s a bowl game. Not a playoff or national championship game
