Tough to say, but people who do not live the word of wisdom, (including people
who are obese), have a disproportional cost to the healthcare system.

How to deal with that is unclear. As a physician, I will tell you that there is zero incentive to take care of yourself, other than the inherent reward to being healthy, when it comes to healthcare delivery. That lack of disincentive for being unhealthy allows a segment of the population to get state of the art healthcare at virtually no cost to them. And the taxpayer typically ends up footing the bill.
