program has been about simply his connections to the NBA and his ability to attract talent that is likely to get to the NBA.

To me it still remains to be seen if he is the type of coach that can establish a winning culture at the college level vs just attracting NBA talent.

It seems to take a certain set of abilities to make a college team successful with deep tournament runs, and the many of the best coaches/progams have done that without the type of connections and NBA type appeal that Young has. I’m interested to see if the program really will become one that makes deep tournament runs.
