Pope showed no class in his exit
How hard would it have been to immediately thank Tom Holmoe and BYU for hiring him,
and giving him the chance to get the Kentucky job in the first place.
How hard would it have been to at a minimum have some class and thank the fans ….
How about taking out an ad in the newspaper thanking BYU
Word was he had some hard feelings towards
BYU upper management but that’s no excuse,
Pope was selfish and petty waiting so long to finally thank the organization who gave him such a great opportunity.
Just my 2 cents
