Put it in luke warm water in the kitchen sink
Obviously, still in the bag. Can’t use hot water you’ll risk cooking it. So you just use warm water and change it out a couple of times.It doesn’t have to be 100% thawed because I cold smoke it for the first three hours. When I cold smoke it , it will still reach 100° internal temp after three hours.
