Current tankless is Navien.. never heard of them until a Rinnai was defective
when it was put up in my home/remodel. Took them 5 or 6 days to get me warm water in November. The guys at Neerings in SLC said there are three main brands and Navien was more reliable/had less service calls, then next was Rinnai, then another brand I assume was Rheem who I'd never had a problem with in my old place.

Oh, I added on a recirculating pump that is supposed to get hot water to the furthest run in the house in 7 or 8 seconds. I haven't had a chance to try that out because the master faucets aren't in yet... the circuit isn't closed for that to function.
