It’ll take 7-12 years for any BYU SOM student to even be practicing independent.
And most SoM prestige is based off the hospital system it works within and not the school itself.
Harvard, Yale, U of U, etc students are nothing impressive. They’re riding the coattails and accomplishments of the clinicians and academics at their institution.
