more about lack of basketball competency by the coach or about questionable motivational tactics (like bullying the players) or lack of spiritual leadership?
From beginning I wasn't that impressed by listening to Coach Amber in interviews (she sounded that she was out of her league). I guessed the decision to hire her was outside-the-box thinking to try to recruit her daughter who at the time was a coveted top 50 recruit.
But as long as she is here as a general fan I usually try to support the coaches instead of calling for their ouster.
Its not like whoever they hire will be working from a big position of strength in the women's college bball world. Unless our billionaire donors suddenly take new strong interest in winning NIL battles for recruits, we don't have much of a fanbase for women's bball. So anyone else they bring will be facing the same uphill battle. Unless we get a ton of super talented and tall LDS players who are just chomping at the bit for the BYU experience.
