State Farm seems to vary somewhat by state
I've had some great experiences but, and maybe it was just the agent, but I had a poor experience with them in Texas.

USAA is not the cheapest. However, they have been outstanding to deal with whenever we've had a claim

State Farm has been outstanding too. No reason to switch if I'm not saving money. Especially if my premiums increase
