USAA is not the cheapest. However, they have been outstanding to deal with whenever we've had a claim
my wife won't let me comparison shop b/c she doesn't want to risk a downgrade in customer service.

State Farm has been outstanding too. No reason to switch if I'm not saving money. Especially if my premiums increase
