It's an AI world. You're going to have to assess your candidate in-person
I wouldn't disqualify them for using AI. I use AI everyday doing my job and using it appropriately could be a positive thing for your company. I wouldn't disqualify a candidate for using AI but I would find ways to assess their actual skills beyond the responses they got from AI.
