Work smarter, not harder. I would maybe ask if they used AI, but not penalize them for using it. Seems like you would
want someone who knows how to use various tools to get through work quickly and efficiently. Now if they lie about it...

Sounds like a resourceful person. As long as they check the boxes in the in-person interview, it shouldn’t be an issue.
