I think my favorite playoff suggestion is 20 team playoff.
Top 12 teams get first round byes. straight rankings not conference champions anything.
Each power 4 conference gets 2 auto bids.
2 auto bids for g5
10 at large spots.
First round is teams 13-20.
I don't think not playing for a month is an advantage in cfp.
