No different that the NCAA tourney 1 vs 16 matchup. You may have an upset from
time to time, but it will usually be a blowout.
I think there is no perfect solution for the Playoff when it comes to CFB, but I do think getting to a 16-team playoff is still going to be better than what we have had in the past. Just as the 12-team playoff today is better than what we have had in the past.
The issue still remains though, the SEC and B1G will always want the lions share of spots no matter how this thing is set up.
