Probably still close to accurate, but I'd guess Nebraska would miss the cut if
they were to update that list today.
There seems to be no clear answer as to how or if Nebraska will ever again be joining the elite of college football on a regular basis. I think they've been replaced by UGA.
Clemson would be higher on the list today, but they are currently sliding back down.
