Have you considered federal consulting?
There is a lot of work on the federal side in various healthcare initiatives. I know my firm has done a lot of work with ARPA-H.
Some potential options on the consulting route:
Accenture, Deloitte (Federal), Guidehouse, Booz Allen are some of the bigger prime contractors.
There are also a bunch of sub contractors that are looking for a lot of SMEs.
