There are almost always agencies looking for Executive Directors, and Healthcare Admin is a terrific background for it.

It is a little more “entrepreneurial” than Hospital Admin, but if you are good you can make good money, and the roles typically have a lot of flexibility. I was the Finance director for a large National Chain, and most of our Exec Directors really enjoyed their roles.
