I don't know if my knees can actually handle it. But I have a vertimax and
if the knee and Achilles continue to get better, I'll do aax jump day once a week (I think this will be the most important part) in addition to my knee rehab and some plyos and vertimax stuff.

I'm really gonna start killing my kids on basketball and speed/strength/jump training. So I'll need to pin down a good weekly schedule.
