I wasn't really consistent (not consistent is the truth) last year, but I've renewed my gym membership anyway, and
I have my Concept2 equipment out of the boxes and installed in my little loft room, I've even been using them for a few minutes this month to get 'back in the swing'.
I need to give a lot more attention to my diet (and this isn't a weight loss thing as much as diabetes prevention - well both could be true).
Anyway, I'm committed to getting more exercise both cardio and strength training, and losing 50# by my birthday (which conveniently falls in the middle of the year).
