Hired Baileys for my last move and was assured my wife's baby grand would be handled by the most experienced piano moving team they had. Watching them take the legs off I felt like I should have stopped them and called a piano mover then, but I let them continue. Needless to say Baileys wound up paying for the piano to be fixed after it was put together wrongly. I know they are a big BYU sponsor, but between the piano and the way the overall move went, I will never recommend them.
