I paid a professional piano mover to transfer the piano we bought to our house. it's a baby grand.

The guy who delivered it came alone and DID IT BY HIMSELF. I should have recorded him because I could not believe my lying eyes watching how he did it. We didn't have stairs but the guy got the piano off his truck by himself and a special piano dolly. Then wheeled the piano inside, refusing help the whole time, set it in place, installed the legs and left.

I was in shock. He was not a big guy, just knew leverage and knew his tools.
