I had that. Worst sore throat I can remember. Uvula swole to double in size. Negative for covid, strep, flu, feline aids
Shoutout to byutka, etc and it all was negative.
Got an an antibiotic and it went away in a few days. I used a navage machine twice a day and that really helped too
