He isn’t moving. Alex Markham from Rivals is on Locked on Utes right now talking about all the BYU portal tampering with Utah players. Apparently we threw a lot of money(double their current NILs) at Snowden, Barton, Ryan, Tanuvasa and others to get them in the portal. Barton didn’t care. Snowden entertained it but his dad pretty much said the development at Utah is superior and they stopped listening. Tanu was open to talking and jumped in the portal and his family went after him about it as well as the Fano brothers that he is super close with and rooms with so it sounds like he is headed back to Utah. But who knows.. 🤷‍♂️ Money is a big influencer.
