I don’t know about “should have been” a late hit…
…but if it had been called, I’d have been more mad a Batty than the refs.
Didn’t really hit him. Didn’t completely pull up, either. More of a trip over him, but could’ve been avoided. I didn’t think it was all that egregious. But unnecessary and risky from the perspective of not wanting to give them 15 free yards.
