Best realistic hope is that Jake makes a big jump from this year to next and
plays smart and consistently like a senior QB should. Hopefully, we've got someone in the QB room, whether a new recruit or a portal guy, who can push him and capably lead the offense if/when Jake goes down with an injury.
He would have to completely fall apart in spring camp to lose the job. I can't even imagine what that would look like.
