That depends a lot of your definition of "haves"
We seem to be stronger in NIL than Utah....but that doesn't mean we're on the same level as Texas Tech or Oregon or SMU or Duke or others.
Basically, there's always a bigger fish (unless you're Oregon). And part of the deal with NIL out of control means losing players like Kalaniuvalu and others to Oregon and the like.
