Their second lawsuit was filed two days before our second scheduled mediation. Their first lawsuit was filed less than a week before the first (“pre-suit”) mediation.

Both lawsuits were intended to apply pressure to get me to renegotiate the agreements that had just been negotiated less than 18months prior! They signed agreements that there were not happy with!
