In Salt Lake I know busy and non-busy times during the week.....

including morning, noon and night. Most times when I fly I can get to the airport an hour before my flight and still get to the gait 15-20m before boarding.

Only time I get to an airport really early is when I am not familiar with it. Even then, if it is a smaller or regional airport I will still get there only about an hour early.
