donor status. My guess is that in the spring when the house settlement stuff is accepted that BYU will jump on board. The school has to designate an “official” collective, but from there anything gifted will count towards priority points.

If legal holds then yes mid 2025. Many schools will use this to roll collectives closer and govern “tru NIL” see share

They will need both rev share and true nil going forward. Most athletes don’t have a brand so an aligned approach
