During our final business sync meeting of the year, our fearless leader was drinking some sort of liquor. We took a 10
Minute break midway during the meeting so that everyone could go grab liquor to drink alongside him. Everyone cheered and came back with hard drinks in hand, despite it being early morning.
Conversation got a bit sloppy. But to suggest that it's only a hobby isn't accurate IMO. There is indeed a weird fervor around it.
