Do you think there is any chance they would have been worse than 12-1? Do you really think that any of the 12 non-Oregon games would have been decided by less than 20 points?

What do you think Boise's record would have been with Alabama's schedule? Do you think Boise State who hasn't won a game against a P5/P4 foe since 2019 would have beaten Tennessee or LSU or Georgia or even Wisconsin or Auburn or Vandy or South Carolina?

I'm sorry - I'm just not buying it. And to be fair I think that BYU and Iowa State and Arizona State and Colorado would have struggled with Alabama's schedule as well.

But BYU and the entire Big 12 is in a lot of trouble if an early season close lose to Oregon counts more than winning the Big 12.

BYU, ASU and Boise St had one common opponent. ASU beat Wyoming by 40+. BYU beat Wyoming by 20. Boise needed a 4th quarter comeback to win by 4.
