Boise SOR was 8. It is what it is.
They will have the opportunity to prove it.
The committee didn’t want Boise to get the BYE that was never the intention. But they won when other teams didn’t.
If we play out the argument against Boise then the logical conclusion would not end with the Big 12 getting multiple bids.
